Outstanding apartment with exclusive sea view, located in the heart of Ortigia, just 10 steps from the Duomo.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of an ancient noble palace and has been renovated in a modern style, incorporating some valuable pieces (such as the wardrobes) and works of art. The entrance opens into a hallway leading to a well-equipped corner kitchen with a snack table and stools, adjacent to a small service bathroom with laundry facilities.
The kitchen opens onto the spacious and bright living area, featuring a dining area, TV, and sofas from which you can enjoy the exclusive view of the Grand Harbour and breathtaking sunsets in all seasons.
From the living room, a staircase leads up to a room with a comfortable single sofa bed and a desk. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the most beautiful equipped beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand.
Within the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa.

La posizione è a 50 metri dalla cattedrale.A noi ci è servita solo per lavarci e dormire eravamo tutto il giorno fuori a visitare i paesi vicini
L',unica cosa che posso segnalare è il materasso della stanza da letto che ha il bagno in camera è da sostituire ormai molto vecchio, i letti delle altre 2 camerr invece erano a posto

One of the beds leaned down at the headboard and needs to be leveled. It was never explained to us how to turn on the air conditioning system.
