Come and enjoy this charming house 5 minutes from the sea! Ideally located not far from the town centre of Trégunc, you will have access to many amenities.
You will not be outdone in terms of activities: relaxing on one of the many beaches of the Nevez coast, water sports, visiting the charming village of Kerascoët, tasting oysters in the port of Bélon, etc.. This pretty 90 m² pied à terre has a large garden which you can enjoy all day long thanks to its North/South orientation! You will also have a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room.
Only sheets are provided. The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor: - A large living-dining room with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table for up to 6 guests, a fireplace as well as direct access to the garden through a large glass door. - An open plan kitchen of 30 m², open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc... - Bedroom 1: bright bedroom with a double bed. - A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, storage space, clothesline and hairdryer. - Separate WC On the first floor: - Bedroom 2: two double beds, storage and views of the garden. - Bedroom 3: double bed, coffee table, storage and garden view. Outside : - A garage to store your beach gear. - A large private garden with trees of 700 m² with a double north/south exposure, so you can enjoy the sun all day long! You will have at your disposal: a hammock and two "fatboy" type cushions to stroll around, garden furniture to rest, a table, chairs and a parasol, a small slide for children, a Weber three-burner barbecue for your land or sea grills, a football goal. Nearby: - Kersidan beach at 2.7 km (6 minutes by car) - Kerascoët 5.5 km (9 minutes by car) - Concarneau 14 km (21 minutes by car) away - Quimper 40km away (34 minutes by car) - La pointe de la Torche in Plomeur located 64 km (58 minutes by car) Activities : Ideally located at 5 minutes by car from the sea, enjoy a moment of relaxation on one of the many beaches of the Nevez coast or practice water sports in one of the most popular surf spot of Brittany, La pointe de la Torche in Plomeur.
Then set off to discover the charming village of Kerascoët, famous for its timeless thatched cottages! Stop at the port of Bélon to taste oysters facing the sea and then continue your journey: between Pont Aven and its artists' galleries, its labyrinth and its farm, walks or bike rides along the coast or Concarneau and its walled city, from where you can go to the magnificent Glénan islands, the choice is vast! Transport : - Private parking at the entrance to the garden (3 vehicles max). - Rosporden train station is 20.9 km (24 minutes by car) and Concarneau train station is 13.4 km (19 minutes by car). - Lorient Bretagne Sud airport is 50 km away (39 minutes by car). Il est impossible de résumer en si peu de place les péripéties de mon arrivée, et le peu d’efficacité d’Abritel et de l’agence. Heureusement des voisins charmants et le propriétaire m’ont permis d’accéder à la propriété. La personne qui devait nous accueillir nous a contacté dès qu’elle a pu, et il est évident qu’elle n’est en rien responsable de nos déboires.
