Located less than 5 km from Coín and Alhaurín el Grande, you will have at your fingertips supermarkets such as Mercadona and Lidl, shopping centres such as La Trocha, and a wide range of social, cultural and gastronomic offer in the area and in Málaga city. In addition, the proximity to motorways facilitates excursions to emblematic places such as El Caminito del Rey or the beaches of the Costa del Sol.



The house, of 130 m², is comfortable and bright, with capacity for 6 people distributed in three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single beds). Please note that this property does not allow more than one baby per booking (0-2 years). All have windows to the outside and storage space for your luggage. The accommodation offers a cosy living-dining room with TV and comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing with the family. The spacious kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all the necessary utensils, is perfect for preparing your meals with ease.



The exteriors are a real paradise: a well-tended garden, covered porches to enjoy the views and a private swimming pool that will be the centre of fun for adults and children, with sun loungers for relaxing and an outdoor bathroom with shower for changing after a swim. There is also a gas plancha for delicious alfresco lunches. The plot is fenced and has outdoor parking in the same building for your convenience.



The property also has air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heat pump heating, free Wi-Fi and hairdryer. The location is perfect for families, with a rural and quiet area, but with easy access to multiple services and activities: restaurants, supermarkets, water parks, golf courses, and nearby beaches, all within 35 km.
