Located less than 5 km from Coín and Alhaurín el Grande, you will have at your fingertips supermarkets such as Mercadona and Lidl, shopping centres such as La Trocha, and a wide range of social, cultural and gastronomic offer in the area and in Málaga city. In addition, the proximity to motorways facilitates excursions to emblematic places such as El Caminito del Rey or the beaches of the Costa del Sol.



The house, of 130 m², is comfortable and bright, with capacity for 6 people distributed in three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single beds). All have windows to the outside and storage space for your luggage. The accommodation offers a cosy living-dining room with television and comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing with the family. The kitchen, spacious and equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all the necessary utensils, is perfect for preparing your meals with ease.

There is also a gas plancha for delicious alfresco lunches. The plot is fenced and has outdoor parking in the same building for your convenience.
