La retenue de Lizandré is a charming gîte. Situated 1 km south of the village of Plouha in the immediate vicinity of the Château de Lizandré, the property is an 18th-century farmhouse, formerly a flax mill. The gîte is located opposite the owners' house, in the middle of various buildings, including a magnificent bread oven. This detached local stone building is an old cowshed that has been restored with the help of the Fondation du Patrimoine using traditional materials (whitewashed walls, exposed beams). It comprises a living/dining room, an adjoining kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a bathroom and separate toilet, and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, washing machines, dishwasher, garden furniture, barbecue, satellite TV, internet ...
There is a terrace adjoining the house, separate from the garden area. This terrace is equipped with a garden table and chairs, parasol and barbecue. Adjacent to this terrace is a garden equipped with a swing, table tennis table and deckchairs.
A living-dining room, an adjoining kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a bathroom and separate toilet, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay: fully-equipped kitchen, washing machines, dishwasher, garden furniture, barbecue, satellite TV, internet ...
This house is part of a property consisting of several buildings, including a bread oven that the owners have restored and can show you on request. Walks in the wooded surroundings of the house.
We have three "black Ouessant" ewes for the children's enjoyment.
