Experience an enchanting stay not far from the famous rock of Monaco! Relax on your balcony after a day of discovery and admire the splendid panorama offered by the Monegasque bay!
After a day of discoveries, from the Japanese garden to a quiet moment on the Larvotto beach and before going to the Casino, reach your flat by the path linking the coast and the residence and enjoy all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay: a bright living room, a dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large balcony with outdoor furniture and access to a shared swimming pool on the roof of the residence. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The flat:
Located on the 5th floor with lift, the flat is as follows:
Day area:
- A very bright living room furnished with a corner sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen TV as well as direct access to the balcony! You will also have access to Netflix and Prime Video.
- A modern kitchen, open to the living room with a central island with a work surface and a dining area with 4 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, wine glasses, champagne glasses...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed with mattress topper (160 cm x 200 cm), TV, Apple TV, wardrobe, and access to the balcony.
- Bedroom 2: a double sofa bed with mattress topper, chair, desk with 32" computer screen, and a cot.
- Two bathrooms with a shower. A washing machine and hair dryer are available.
- Two toilets.
Outside :
- A large 20 m² balcony facing south-east with a splendid view over the bay of Monaco and the surrounding hills! It is furnished with garden furniture and an outdoor table and chairs to have lunch while admiring the panorama!
- A swimming pool shared with the other residents of the building is available on the roof of the building, accessible by lift. Children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents.

Monaco à pied "Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement. La vue est magnifique et conforme aux photos présentées. Idéal pour visiter Monaco et les villes proches !
Appartement très bien équipé ! Et hôte réactif !
Seul bémol la piscine n’était pas propre pendant la durée du séjour et nous n’avons pas pu en profiter …"

Monaco à pied Very nice. Warm, clean, well appointed in good location. Slight problem upon leaving as the lock box had been moved due to road works. (Not mine or the hosts fault however I was told in no uncertain terms I had to fix the problem) I did.

Monaco à pied Když jsme se prijeli ubytovat tak paní hostitelka mela už jinou práci, nebrala telefony a ani si neskontrolovala že minulí nájemníci nevrátili klíce od brány, cekali jsme 2 hodiny na ulici na jakoukoliv odpoved. Hostitel nereaguje, klíce od brány jsme dostali až za 2 dny ikdyž nám asi ...
