La casa è molto spaziosa e comoda, è molto ben arredata in stile ampezzano, è dotata di lavatrice e lavastoviglie e super accessoriata, le 3 camere con i 3 bagni en-suite rappresentano una comodità unica come anche la posizione centrale, ha due posti auto riservati uno al coperto e uno nel giardino condominiale.
