The villa is equipped with a solar photovoltaic roof, it provides enough energy for normal daily consumption. Connected to the general power supplier, hence also electric heating devices can be used any time.



Heating amp; cooling:



The solid structure of the building with high ceiling and the moderate climate of the Atlantic coast do not require air condition. In winter you can heat the house with the chimney and a mobile gas heater, and there are electric heaters for bedrooms and bathrooms.

From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).
