Our holiday home is waiting for you with a private pool, a beautiful garden and the sandy beach a few hundred meters away!
Here you can relax and forget everyday life. The holiday home is ideal for a family, especially with children, or a group of friends. It offers two double rooms and a sofa bed in the living room, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is only accessible from the outside of the house), a large air-conditioned living area with an open kitchen including an oven, a covered outdoor terrace with some sea views, and a large, enclosed garden with plenty of space and a nice stone barbecue area. A small pool (approx. 5.50 x 2.50 meters, approx. 1.25 meters deep) offers cooling and fun for the whole family. The house, pool and garden are private for your exclusive use.
The house is located in Pescoluse, a small town on the Ionian coast of Salento. The sandy beach is less than 1 km away and can also be reached on foot. There are several shops, restaurants and cafes in the village, so you don't necessarily need a car for everyday life.
Many sports activities are possible in the area (cycling, hiking, sailing, renting a boat, fishing, etc.). The best way to explore the sea caves of the southernmost tip of Apulia is by boat from Santa Maria di Leuca (15 minutes away by car). The towns of Gallipoli, Galatina, Otranto, Lecce with their historical town centres can be reached within 25-60 minutes by car.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,39 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
- Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
- Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
