The mountain farm "Kuglerhof" is located at 1.300 meters above sea level on the sunny side of the Ahrntal, opposite the ski and hiking arena Klausberg, and is an insider tip for relaxing and comfortable vacations.
The farm belongs to the village Steinhaus and is located very quiet and sunny in the middle of meadows and forests with many hiking possibilities.
The apartment "Kuglerhof Apt 1" has a cozy living room with dining area and sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and SAT-TV.
In the child-friendly accommodation you can get a baby crib and a high chair on request.
On the balcony you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Ahrntal mountains with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
An open terrace and a children's playground await you in the shared garden.
A barbecue is also available on request.
Just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation (400 m) you will find a farm tavern with regional delicacies and a unique mountain panorama.
A local supermarket, a butcher's shop and more restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes by car (6 km).
In summer, the Kuglerhof is the ideal starting point for easy but also challenging hikes, while in winter you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding or snowshoeing.
The skiing area Klausberg is only 6 km away (10 minutes by car).

We received a warm welcome and and enjoyed our stay in the snow thoroughly. Because we have a family of five, we were offered two apartments, with beautiful views.
Fresh farm eggs,milk etc can be purchased for breakfast.
The owners provide a perfect family accommodation, in an idyllic location.
We could not fault the accommodation and would highly recommend!.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement propre, soigné, spacieux, bien aménagé. L'accueil de la propriétaire est très sympathique malgré qu'elle ne parle ni anglais, ni français. Seuls inconvénients: l'absence de four dans la cuisine et l'accès un peu lointain à la ferme depuis le village. Sinon nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour...
