The house is located in Località Alverà, in a high and very panoramic area of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
A few steps from the bus stop and 1 km from the centre of Cortina. The flat is perfect for a family holiday or with a group of friends looking for comfort and space in one of the most beautiful and panoramic areas of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
The flat is located on the second floor and consists of a large living area with dining table and chairs, a fireplace, two sofas and a bookcase with LCD TV. Two large windows make the living room extremely bright and cosy. Proceeding along the corridor we reach the kitchen equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Next we find a bathroom with bath and washing machine and then in the sleeping area three large bedrooms. One bedroom has been recently renovated and is entirely furnished in wood and has a private bathroom with shower cubicle, then we find another bedroom with comfortable double bed and finally a bedroom with 2 single beds.
Available to guests is an outdoor parking space in the yard below the house.
