A typical Apulian trullo carefully restored with stone interiors, with a swimming pool and patio, immersed in the Valle D'Itria.


Dimora Egea is a very characteristic accommodation, with stone interiors. It consists of a single room with French bed, a small kitchenette equipped with kettle, fridge and coffee machine. Completing the accommodation is a small bathroom with a low-roofed shower (not suitable for tall people).

The exterior is the jewel of the house: ample green space and a wonderful furnished veranda, perfect for outdoor dining, as well as a swimming pool equipped with outdoor furniture shared with two other lodgings, a view of the town and the sea in the distance.


*The pool is open seasonally, from 1 May to 30 October.

Dimora Egea is located in the pearl of the Itria Valley, Ostuni, known to the world as the White City. Its historic centre, blindingly white and immense, culminates in the Cathedral that impetuously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Its alleyways, the Piazza della Libertà and the column of S. Oronzo that majestically protects the town are characteristic.

Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and enogastronomy, Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Egnazia Archaeological Park, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while moving south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi and finally Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characteristic for its Sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.


The nearest airports are Brindisi (36 km) and Bari (103 km) while the station is only 4 km away.
