Appartement bien situé à côté de la plage. Son emplacement au RDC permet d'avoir accès privé comme une maison.
Il a un seul défaut, c'est que le disjoncteur général qui est dans la rue ne tient pas pour tous les équipements de l'appartement. Il est tombé 2 fois et on avait que la climatisation en fonctionnement.
