Altes Kapitänshaus in Prerow combines the character of a restored thatched house with space for up to 5 guests. The listed semi-detached house was first documented in 1870. Its 85 m² include a living and dining room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The extendable dining table seats 6, and the kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher for preparing meals together. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also available. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed made up of 2 mattresses, each measuring 80 x 200 cm.
Upstairs, one of the two dormer bedrooms has a 100 x 200 cm single bed, a travel cot and a play corner. The other has a sofa bed, satellite TV and a desk. The upstairs bathroom has a shower. The bedrooms have window coverings for darkening, and a high chair, a private washing machine and a private tumble dryer are provided.
The garden and terrace with outdoor furniture offer space to spend time outside, and there is a hooded beach chair too. Because of the thatched roof, only the electric grill may be used. A private parking space is available.
A restaurant is approximately 85 m away, a supermarket about 410 m away and the beach around 850 m away, all measured in a straight line. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Contactless check-in is from 16:00 to 23:30, and check-out is from 01:00 to 10:00.
