The penthouse is located in the heart of Sonthofen, right in the pedestrian zone.
A fantastic mountain view of the Allgäu Alps and pure sunshine await you here on the 3rd floor with a south-facing balcony.
Spread over 80 sqm, the loft apartment offers plenty of space to relax.
A fully equipped kitchen, 55" Smart TV, 100 Mbit WLAN, and a rotatable fireplace stove will enhance your mountain views.
The bedroom features a king-size bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a cozy pull-out couch.
Those seeking comfort, a touch of luxury, and a special atmosphere will certainly feel at home here. The penthouse has just been completely rebuilt.
There are windows in all directions, and the south-facing balcony on the 3rd floor guarantees sunshine all day long.
Additional amenities include firewood for the first few days and a washing machine for free use. A lockable bicycle and ski storage room is also included.
Car parking is available at the house. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
