To the right of the entrance is the kitchen, small but well equipped, a small bedroom with a single bed and the bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. From the living room (sea side) to the right there is access to the double bedroom, which also has direct access to the balcony.

The residence is located within a fenced property (with automatic opening gate) and is immersed in the pine forest behind the beach. Within the property there is ample free parking and plenty of space for children to play.

In Albinia, which is only 1.5 km away, you will find all useful services for your stay: supermarkets, shops of all kinds, bank, post office, restaurants, bars...

The location of the flat is also ideal for reaching the Argentario and Porto Santo Stefano (13 km) from where you can embark on a trip to the Giglio Island, Talamone (15 km), the Saturnia Thermal Baths (46 km) and many other places of interest in the Maremma and Tuscany.
