The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 large wardrobe, parquet flooring), 1 large, bright living/dining room (dining table, sofa area, parquet flooring), kitchen (fitted kitchen with high-quality branded appliances), utility room (dryer and washing machine), and bathroom (with underfloor heating, a spacious, walk-in shower, and double vanity). The bedrooms are furnished with modern, high-quality furniture, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for. 3 large flat-screen TVs, a Blu-ray surround system, and free super-fast internet access (WiFi 6 with 1000 Mbit/s) offer additional comfort.
The apartment is not barrier-free. The spacious holiday apartment, completely renovated and redecorated in 2010, is located a 10-minute walk from the center, in an upscale and very quiet residential area above Tettnang.
The beautiful countryside begins just a few steps away.
Hikes and bike tours through orchards with views of the lake and mountains offer relaxation.
A private garage is available for your car. Lake Constance can be reached by car in approx. 15 minutes, and the mountains (Austrian Alps) are about 35 minutes away. Located amidst beautiful nature and yet not far from the city center with its restaurants and shopping facilities, our luxuriously appointed apartment ensures a carefree and relaxing holiday. Tettnang is centrally located between the major centers of Friedrichshafen and Ravensburg.
The good road connections to Lindau/Langenargen make the town an ideal starting point for excursions in the eastern Lake Constance region/Allgäu and the Alps. Bed linen and hand and bath towels for each person are included in the price. A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking.
The remaining balance is due two weeks before arrival by bank transfer. Cancellations up to 45 days before the start of the rental: 20% of the rental price. Cancellation 44 days to 35 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price. Cancellation 34 days before the start of the rental up to the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price. Schade ,das der Treppenaufgang außerhalb ( Zugang zur Wohnung)und innerhalb der Wohnung (Stufen zum Wohn bzw .Kinderzimmer )in der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde!
