Our cosy non-smoking holiday flat with 46 m² is ideal for 2 people. The flat has a separate entrance and all rooms have a wonderful view of a naturally landscaped garden, the forest and the neighbouring artist's studio.
3 terraces and a large area of the garden can be used. The direct connection to the garden conveys a cosy and pleasant feeling of nature.

Parking is available on the property. Bicycles can be safely parked in the garage.

The fully equipped and spacious kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and provides enough space for cooking together and cosy get-togethers. The bedroom offers space for two people, the bed is 160cm x 200cm and open at the foot end. In the bathroom there is a large shower with sliding glass door, an additional hairdryer and magnifying mirror complete the offer.

The flat is discreetly decorated with original works of art from the neighbouring artist's studio.

The flat is located in the beautiful Bergisches Land, east of Cologne. The Bergisches Land is known for its "soft" hills, its abundance of forests and the many reservoirs.

The surrounding area is ideal for long walks, hikes, bicycle tours and as a starting point for city tours.
The city centre can be reached on foot from the flat in about 8 minutes. From here you can quickly reach Cologne, Bonn and also the Oberbergische Gummersbach by public transport.

To Cologne you can take the Deutsche Bundesbahn and in 30 minutes you are in the centre of Cologne, directly at the KÖLNER DOM.

The two Overath motorway entrances on the A4 connect you with the Cologne/Bonn/Düsseldorf metropolitan region, but also with the rural Oberbergische Kreis and the Sauerland.

Up to 3 months (90 days) before the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental price stated in the booking confirmation.
Less than 3 months (90 days) and up to one month (30 days) before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental price stated in the booking confirmation.
Less than 1 month (30 days) and up to one week (7 days) before the start of the rental 75% of the total rental price stated in the booking confirmation.
Less than 1 week (7 days) before the start of the rental 90% of the total rental price stated in the booking confirmation.

Arrival: 3.00 - 6.00 pm (personal agreement if necessary)

Departure: 10.00 am

The keys will be handed over personally on site.
