The bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, hairdryer, and a large mirror, and in the utility room, you will also find a washing machine and dryer. The building, with two residential units, is situated in a species-rich natural garden at the eastern end of the Oberbergischer Kreis, bordering the Sauerland region.
You will reside on the ground floor with access via a covered terrace, and you can park for free directly in front of the apartment in the courtyard.
Garden furniture and a grill are available for your use. A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking.
The remaining balance is payable in cash on-site. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price. Arrival from 2 PM to 10 PM Departure by 12 PM Pets are not allowed. Key handover takes place in person on-site or, in exceptional cases and by arrangement, via a key safe. An additional rollaway bed or crib can be provided upon request.
Free for children up to 5 years old. A rollaway bed for children aged 6 and above costs €15 per night, and for adults, it is €20 per night. Card payment is possible on-site.
