This beautiful and modern house with pool is located in a quiet part of Pula, surrounded by greenery and offers its guests everything they need for a quality vacation.
The interiors are well equipped with modern furniture and spread over the first floor and the second floor, which are connected by an interior staircase. The living room with kitchen and dining room are designed as "open space" with a large sliding glass wall that leads to a covered terrace and sun deck with pool. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom, while on the second floor there is a bedroom with bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the pine forest and the sea.
The outdoor areas delight with a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden that gives personality to the house. The ideal place for dining and socializing is the large covered terrace with garden table and chairs, next to which is a brick barbecue.
The house has a good location, because in 15 minutes walk through the forest and along the sea you can reach the Roman amphitheater and the city center of Pula. The nearest beaches can be reached in five to ten minutes by car.
Bicycles can be rented in agreement with the owner.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Check-in und Check-out haben hervorragend und reibungslos funktioniert. Tolle Ausstattung und toller Pool. Sehr schönes vor 2 Jahren errichtetes Haus aus besten Materialien. Sehr sauber, durchwegs klimatisiert.
Zentrum von Pula per pedes erreichbar, schöne öffentliche Strände mit Rad oder Auto in 5 Minuten.
Eigentümerfamilie ist sehr sehr nett und hat den einen oder anderen Tipp parat.

Top Villa in einer ruhigen aber zentralen Lage in Pula, ca. 3 km bis zum Zentrum. Top Ausstattung, es ist alles da was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Eine sehr große schön angelegte Außenanlage mit einem großen Pool. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Im Radius von 10 km gibts sehr viele schöne Buchten und Strände.
