Summer rental Conil city center
Fully furnished two-bedroom apartment, located on Calle Alta, in the old town of Conil de la Frontera and 400 meters from Los Bateles beach.
It is a second floor without an elevator, with views of the beach from the kitchen window.
The accommodation is perfect to enjoy the center of Conil with its bars, restaurants and monuments without having to depend on the car at any time. Rustic-style decoration, with wooden furniture and typical southern tiles, the Conil summer rental apartment is very bright and all the details have been taken care of for a most pleasant stay. Distribution Dining roomIconnected to the kitchen and has a 3-seater sofa, cabinet with TV, dining table and chairs.
It receives a lot of light from the outside. KitchenOpen-plan to the living room and separated from it by an American bar built with exposed bricks and granite, the kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, washing machine, oven, microwave, mixer and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating in the house.
The kitchen window overlooks the beach. Two bedroomswith two single beds each, one bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and the other with a dressing room.
Both face an interior patio, so they are very quiet rooms despite being in the center of town. The bathroomis equipped with a single sink with mirror, toilet, shower and bidet.
It also has a cabinet to store guest toiletries. SurroundingsThis apartment is perfectly located in the center of Conil and is ideal both to experience the hubbub of the center and to relax on the beach.
Everything is at hand, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets ... it is the ideal place to forget about the car. To park it is best to do it on the seafront, since the center has very narrow streets and little parking.
Leaving the apartment to the right we arrive at the Puerta de la Villa, considered the central point of the historic center of Conil.
A little earlier we have Jose Velarde Street, very busy during the summer since it leads down to the beach, passing through Carcel Street and Avenida de la Playa.
It is an area full of souvenir shops, cocktail bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors.Leaving to the left we come across Calle José Tomas Borrego or better known as Calle El Peñon, which is the quintessential nightlife area in Conil, with well-known places such as La Luna pub, El Duende, El Quejio and many others, this street leads to Avenida de la Playa.

El apartamento se encuentra céntrico de todos los bares de la zona. Además, el apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo. Nos gustó mucho. Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, pero enseguida nos lo solucionaron. En resumen, todo perfecto.

Ubicación ideal. Apartamento muy cómodo, dispone de todas las comodidades. El personal encargado de la recogida de llaves muy atento y pendiente en todo momento por si necesitábamos alguna cosa. Muy recomendable.
