Gute Lage. Schöne Terrasse und Garten. Möbel zum Teil alt. Holzstühle im Wohzimmer gehen schon aus dem Leim. Küchenausstatt. unbefriedigend. Altes Geschirr, Besteck, zu wenig Weingläser, alte Töpfe, keine Spülmaschine. Bäder recht neu, Abflüsse verstopft. Betten unbequem. Schlafzimmer viel zu klein....
