<p>Das Kohlmaisgut mit seinen gemütlichen Appartements liegt am Ortsrand von Flachau in der Nähe der Skibushaltestelle. Die Appartements sind gut ausgestattet und verfügen über TV, Balkon, Backrohr und Geschirrspüler. Die Gäste vom Kohlmaisgut können auch die Sauna im nahegelegenen Landhaus Winter mitbenützen.</p>
