🏡This magnificent home, welcomes you to the heart of the Alsatian Vineyards 🍇, on the wine route (between Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr), in the wine-producing village of Hunawihr 🥨.
🏡Built in 2019, this 71m² flat has a large living room with lounge, dining room and equipped kitchen 🍽️ (with hob oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) opening onto a terrace (Terrace furniture and Weber electric barbecue at your disposal from Easter to 31 October) with private Jacuzzi 👙which overlooks the vineyards of Hunawihr.
🪜Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, with a double bed chacune🛏️ (very comfortable 160/200 bedding).
🚿 🚽 A shower room with wc completes the accommodation.
👙 Bathrobe and towels will be at your disposal to enjoy the Jacuzzi.
👙 The Jacuzzi is private and heated all year round.
🏡 This accommodation is perfectly located in Hunawihr, it is quiet, set back from the road and on the edge of the vineyards 🍇. You will also be at the start of the paths to go on foot 👟 , through the vineyards, to Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr or even Zellenberg.
🏡 The whole house will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay
🧹 the housework will be done,
🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,

A 🧼 shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is at your disposal next to the house.
🅿️ Free parking spaces are available on site including 🔌 two charging points for electric vehicles.
🍼 A baby cot and high chair are available on prior request (approved for a child under 3 years and 15kg).

🐕 Pets are accepted on request (pets under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per pet. It is requested that pets are kept on a lead outside the accommodation. The supplement must be paid to Patricia, who will be pleased to welcome you on arrival.
🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking device is forbidden.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning costs.
⛔ It is forbidden to soil the water (soap, perfume, bubble bath, sun cream, massage oil, various solid or liquid products). Food products (solid and liquid) are forbidden in and around the spa.
⛔ Parties are not permitted. We ask you to respect the neighbourhood during your stay.
💹 The rate paid when booking for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 baby, is for the occupation of one room. If the second room is used for a stay of 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 baby, a supplement of 75e per night will be charged.
🧹 Bed and bathroom linen and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and general cleaning of the flat and bathrooms.
🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and putting away the dishes, cleaning the barbecue, taking out the bins, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 50€ before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you fail to comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €100 cleaning fee.
📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
🔑 The keys to the accommodation will be given to you personally. After booking you will receive the necessary information for this key handover.
