This vacation home is part of a beautiful semi-detached house with pool and will delight you with its interior and beautiful outdoor spaces.
The spacious vacation home is located just 20 meters from the pebble beach on the island of Krk in the town of Malinska and is spread over several floors with space in 6 bedrooms. The house consists of two identical units on the first floor and on the second floor, so it is ideal for two families or a larger group of guests. Both units have fully equipped separate kitchens and living rooms.
The large grassy yard of houses CKI285 and CKI286 is on different levels and in the upper part is separated by a fence and a wall, offering privacy. In the lower part, leading to the sea and the beach, the area between houses CKI285 and CKI286 is natural and grassy and not separated by a fence.
At the pool you can spend your vacation swimming or sunbathing and enjoy the panoramic view over the sea.
The surrounding area offers a variety of amusement activities nearby: Windsurfing, zip line over the sea, gym, grocery store, restaurant, horseback riding, beach activities, hiking and biking trails.

Sensationelles neues Ferienhaus direkt am Meer-Kieselstrand/Steinstrand mit türkisblauen Meer gelegen, 10-15 Gehminuten an der Promenade nach Malinska mit vielen Restaurants, Bars. Absolut empfehlenswert - danke für diese grandiose Erfahrung.

Alles war super. So ein schönes Urlaubsdomizil haben wir noch nie gehabt. Nur schade, dass bei den Liegen beim Pool gespart wurde. Das ganze Haus ist für 12 Personen ausgelegt, aber es waren nur 6 Liegen, und sie waren sehr instabil, unbequem und man konnte nicht darauf flach am Bauch liegen.
sonnst hätten wir das Haus überall 10 Punkte gegeben.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa verbracht und hoffen das wir wiederkommen werden. Das einzige negative ist, das sehr viele Stiegen in und ums Haus sind. Mit Kinderwagen ist das sehr mühsam…ist aber echt der einzige Kritikpunkt. Alle Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Terrasse, der Pool und der Garten sind ein Traum.
