The Villas Playas de Fornells are a group of Menorcan style villas, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and capacity for 5/6 people. Each villa has a terrace with sea views to enjoy a relaxing sunset and a private swimming pool.

They are located 100m from a supermarket and restaurants, 400m from Cala Tirant beach and 30km from Mahón airport. They are located in an ideal area for families and very close to the sea.

Each villa has a private pool and terrace, outdoor furniture, barbecue, iron, safe, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English) and DVD.

The kitchen is independent, has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.

The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the "Sustainable Tourism Tax", to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
