Campo Valerio is an elegant typical Tuscan structure that can accommodate up to 13 guests. It consists of a main building and an outbuilding made of stone, with a large swimming pool, and is situated in a panoramic position on top of a hill surrounded by 13 hectares of olive trees. On a clear day the view reaches as far as the sea of the Gulf of Follonica, which is 7 km away.


From the main road, a white road (about 500 metres) leads to the Villa and its large car park. Crossing a well-kept and well-lit garden at night, one reaches the entrance. All entrances to the Villa are without stairs and therefore suitable for handicapped persons.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofas, table, fireplace, TV-Sat, a large dining room with fireplace, TV and with access to the terrace, a super-equipped kitchen (semi-professional) and a small service bathroom.

A stone staircase leads to the first floor where the sleeping area is located. There are 6 bedrooms (5 doubles and 1 single) all with private en-suite bathroom with shower. In all the double rooms there is the possibility of having either a double bed or two single beds, as required. All are furnished with great taste and simplicity and are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning (also heating if necessary).


In front of the main house there is a small independent annexe with bathroom, double room and kitchenette equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities and with the same comforts as the main house.

The Villa's strong point are the well-kept outdoor spaces and the very large swimming pool (10m x 20m, depth 1.40m) with its large solarium equipped with deckchairs, sunshades and an outdoor shower. (Open from 1st May to 30th September)


The sea and the beaches (Puntone, Follonica, Cala Violina...) are only a few kilometres away and around the Villa there are 80 km of paths for mountain-bike rides and walks in the Tuscan nature.


The Villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who are looking for a high standard facility to spend an outdoor holiday in total freedom and safety, but also with the possibility to reach all the wonderful beaches and tourist attractions of Tuscany in a short time.
