Campo Valerio is an elegant typical Tuscan property that can accommodate up to 13 guests.
It consists of a main building and a guesthouse, both made of stone, featuring a very large swimming pool, and is situated in a panoramic position atop a hill surrounded by 13 hectares of olive groves.
On clear days, the view extends to the sea of the Gulf of Follonica, which is 7 km away. From the main road, a dirt track (approximately 500 meters) leads to the Villa and its spacious private parking.
Crossing a meticulously maintained garden, well-lit in the evening, you reach the entrance.
All access points to the Villa are without stairs, thus suitable for people with reduced mobility. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with sofas, a table, a fireplace, and a satellite TV; a large dining room with a fireplace, TV, and access to the terrace; a fully equipped (semi-professional) kitchen; and a small guest bathroom. A stone staircase leads to the first floor, where the sleeping area is located.
There are 6 bedrooms (5 double and 1 single), all with private en-suite bathrooms with showers.
In all double bedrooms, it is possible to have either a double bed or two single beds, depending on your needs.
All are furnished with great taste and simplicity and are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning (also heating when needed). In front of the main house is a small, independent guesthouse with a bathroom, a double bedroom, and a kitchenette, equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities and offering the same comforts as the main house. The highlight of the Villa is its well-kept outdoor spaces and the very large swimming pool (10m x 20m, depth 1.40m) with its ample solarium equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. (Open from May 1st to September 30th). The sea and beaches (Puntone, Follonica, Cala Violina...) are a few kilometers away, and around the Villa, there are 80 km of trails for mountain biking and walks in the Tuscan nature. The Villa is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a high-standard property for an outdoor holiday in complete freedom and safety, but also with the possibility to quickly reach all the wonderful beaches and tourist attractions of Tuscany. Die Villa ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Der Pool ist ein Traum und lädt zum Erholen ein.
Der Kontakt ist sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.
Empfehlen kann ich auch eine Weindegustation auf dem Weingut der Besitzer!

We really enjoyed our time in the Villa Campo Valerio. It is located beatifully in the middle of olive trees and we loved it. The pool, the house and everything aroud was perfect for our family and the week we spent there.

Väldigt fint hus i en väldigt fin del av Toscana. Allt var perfekt utom diskmaskinen som är en restaurangdiskmaskin som inte diskar så bra. Sängarna var ok men inte i nivå med standarden i övrigt.
