The Germoglio apartment is located in the upper part of Giannella (Saline Albinia), directly facing the sea and the beach (20 meters away). It is on the second floor of a small residence surrounded by a pine forest, offering a splendid view stretching from the Argentario promontory to the Island of Giglio and, on clear days, to Corsica.
The recently renovated apartment opens directly into the living room, which features a dining table and chairs, a small sofa, a sideboard, a television, and a large French door opening onto the furnished balcony with a direct sea view.
To the left are the small but well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and the bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine.
Opposite the bathroom is the double bedroom, which also has direct access to the balcony. The residence is within a fenced property (with an automatic gate) and is nestled in the pine forest.
Within the property, there is ample free parking and plenty of space for children's games. In Albinia, just 1.5 km away, you will find all the services you need for your stay: supermarkets, various shops, a bank, a post office, restaurants, bars... The apartment's location is also ideal for reaching Argentario and Porto Santo Stefano (13 km), from where you can take a ferry for a trip to the Island of Giglio, as well as Talamone (15 km), the Terme di Saturnia thermal baths (46 km), and many other points of interest in Maremma and Tuscany. Apartment amenities include: WiFi, washing machine, oven, air conditioning, balcony with a small table and bar-style chairs, free private parking on the property... and spectacular sunsets every day! Throughout your stay, the MaremmaLink team is available to assist guests with any issues and to provide information on beaches, restaurants, shows, events, and things to see and do...
