The Germoglio apartment is located in the upper part of Giannella (Saline Albinia), directly facing the sea and the beach (20 meters away).
It is on the second floor of a small residence nestled in the pine forest, offering a splendid view that spans from the Argentario promontory to the Island of Giglio, and up to Corsica on clearer days. The recently renovated apartment opens directly into the living room, which features a dining table and chairs, a small sofa, a sideboard, a television, and a large French door leading to the equipped balcony directly overlooking the sea.
To the left, you'll immediately find the kitchen, small but well-equipped, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and the bathroom with a shower cubicle and a washing machine.
Opposite the bathroom is the double bedroom, also with direct access to the balcony. The residence is within a fenced property (with an automatic gate) and is surrounded by a pine forest.
Within the property, there is ample free parking and plenty of space for children's games.
In Albinia, just 1.5 km away, you will find all the services you need for your stay: supermarkets, various shops, a bank, a post office, restaurants, bars, etc.
The apartment's location is also ideal for reaching Argentario and Porto Santo Stefano (13 km) from where you can take a boat trip to the Island of Giglio, Talamone (15 km), the thermal baths of Saturnia (46 km), and many other places of interest in the Maremma and Tuscany region. Apartment equipment includes: WiFi, washing machine, oven, air conditioning, balcony with a small table and chairs (bar style), free private parking on the property... and spectacular sunsets every day! Posizione perfetta e tranquilla con accesso alla spiaggia (dove x altro sono ben accetti i cani) direttamente sotto casa. Vista stupenda direttamente sul mare. Appartamento pulito e ben attrezzato. Gianluca host super preciso, accogliente e disponibile per ogni indicazione/consiglio.

Stessa spiaggia, stesso mare. Ma soprattutto stessa vista spettacolare.
Per il quinto anno consecutivo. L'appartamento (quest'anno al Germoglio) è dotato di tutti i conforti, non manca di nulla. L'accoglienza è come sempre puntuale, attenta e ormai piacevolmente amichevole.

Die Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Balkon der Wohnung waren phantastisch. Manchmal konnten wir bis nach Elba schauen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir vermissen den Ausblick schon jetzt.
