It is accessed by a small staircase that gives access to the small garden. The terrace in front of the entrance is the ideal place to eat and relax outdoors.

Talamone is a paradise for water sports: kite-surfing, windsurfing and sailing.

Numerous restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

The living room has a dining table and a comfortable sofa. A TV and a wardrobe bed for two complete the furnishings in this room. The combination of local objects combined with Balinese objects and decorations give the room a special charm.

From the living room there is access to the fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker. The bathroom with bath/shower is just opposite the kitchen and at the end of a small hallway is the bedroom with a large double bed. Here, too, you will feel and see the owner's love of Asia and Asian art.

At the back of the house is another small terrace, mostly sunny in the evenings - the right place for an aperitif.

The offer is mainly aimed at couples and single travellers looking for a practical but chic accommodation in Talamone without a lot of "frills" near the sea and a short distance from the town centre.

Talamone is a beautiful seaside resort in the Maremma. Above all, Talamone is not yet well-known and is not overwhelmed by mass tourism.
