This small but practical and fully equipped flat is located in the pine forest of 'Rosmarina', a residential area of Marina di Grosseto. The sea and the beaches are 300 metres away and in a few minutes it is possible to reach the city centre.

The highlight of the house is the large private garden, fenced and equipped with a gazebo under which there is a table for outdoor dining, a brick barbecue and a Hollywood-style swing.

There is no problem parking the car in front of the house.


A short staircase leads to a nice terrace with a sun umbrella, table and chairs, ideal for a pleasant breakfast in the open air or to have an aperitif before dinner.

From the terrace you have access to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can eat there if the weather does not permit you to be in the garden. Here you will also find a TV and a sofa bed for 2 people.

Behind the living area is the bedroom with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

In the bathroom with shower and toilet, there is also a washing machine.


The flat is ideal for families with up to two children (who can sleep on the sofa bed) or couples who want to spend their holidays in the open air, close to the sea, but in a quiet atmosphere to enjoy the peace and relaxation offered by the house surrounded by pine trees.


The location of the flat in Marina di Grosseto is also ideal for visiting the many attractions of the Maremma and Tuscany. From here you can reach Siena or Pisa with a short drive while in 2 hours you can reach Florence or even Rome. The hinterland then offers many excursion destinations such as the thermal baths of Saturnia, Pitigliano, Sorana and Sovano, the "cities of tuff", the famous wine area of Scansano (where the homonymous Morellino is produced), Manciano and also the Chianti area which is not far away.


Guests have exclusive access to all rooms and the garden.

The hamlet of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany.


Important seaside resort of the Maremma Grossetana, it is known for its wide beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest, known as the Pineta del Tombolo, stretching from Punta Ala to the Monti dell'Uccellina.

The centre of the town develops near the mouth of the San Rocco outfall, bordering the Maremma Natural Park, not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.


The wide beach (on average 50 metres wide) with many bathing establishments and also parts of free beach, reaches all the way to Castiglione della Pescaia.


It is equipped for sailing, kite-surfing and windsurfing. The seabed slopes gently down to the sea, and is therefore also suitable for small children. In addition, Marina di Grosseto is connected to the city, Principina a Mare and Castiglione della Pescaia by convenient cycle paths.
