This beautiful villa, with a particular "vintage look", is located in the most prestigious residential area of Punta Ala, near the marina and the sea, protected by a large garden shaded by tall trees. The villa offers large indoor and outdoor spaces, furnished terraces and a splendid private swimming pool.
The entire villa extends to the ground floor and offers spacious interiors. Upon entering you will be surprised by the pine trunk inside the entrance ... the villa was built around this large tree!
On the right you enter the large living area. Here is a well-equipped dining area and then the large living room with a fireplace and a door leading to the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. This sun-drenched area is elegantly furnished and decorated with precious paintings, porcelain and objets d'art from all over the world.
On the left-hand side of the entrance hall is the kitchen and the first of the four bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom. This first room is furnished with two single beds and has its own bathroom.
From the entrance hall, a corridor leads to the other three bedrooms. All three rooms have a double bed and their own en-suite bathroom. Each room is furnished and decorated differently and offers a special 'atmosphere'.
Another highlight of this villa is the well-kept outdoor areas: the gardens, the furnished and equipped terraces and, of course, the large swimming pool. It is the ideal place to enjoy the summer in Tuscany with the whole family or a group of friends in total privacy. It is a 'vintage' house and we like to keep the '70s spirit that gives it a unique atmosphere.
Punta Ala is a renowned seaside resort and marina. You can find free public beaches but also very well-equipped and luxurious 'bathing establishments' with exclusive services, excellent bars and restaurants. It is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable summer holiday.
