Directly on the sea, this cozy and comfortable house overlooks the Gulf of Biodola, just a short walk from Scaglieri beach.
It is located on the northern side of Elba, a few kilometers from Portoferraio, in the center of a small village of characteristic pastel-colored houses crossed by narrow lanes that, as if by magic, turn into rocks on a sheltered cove after a bend. From the large terrace, perched above the sea, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets, watching the sun dip between Elba and the island of Capraia. Entering the house, you will find yourself in the tastefully furnished living/dining room, embellished with objects that reveal the owners' taste.
In addition to the dining table, there is also a large sofa and a television with a decoder (for all those who cannot do without bringing their SKY card!). The living room opens onto the terrace where you can enjoy your meals outdoors thanks to the large table shaded by a pergola.
The terrace then continues to the left where sun loungers are placed for relaxing and sunbathing in total peace while enjoying the wonderful panorama. Two of the bedrooms and a compartment containing a shower (with hot water) and a washing machine open onto the terrace. Returning inside, a small corridor leads from the living room.
To the left is the fully equipped kitchen with a convenient pass-through window connecting it to the dining room. Then you move to the sleeping area: two bedrooms furnished with double beds that open onto the terrace, and a third bedroom with a single bed. Of the two bathrooms, the first has a large shower, while the second only has the basic facilities (toilet, sink, bidet). The house is also equipped with a heating system (something quite rare in these areas) and can therefore be rented all year round, making it attractive for all those who love to enjoy the sea and beaches during the less hot and crowded periods. On Scaglieri beach (50 meters away), guests can find everything they need for a successful vacation: restaurants, bars, mini-market, bazaar, boat rental, umbrella and sun lounger rental... Die Terrasse war wundervoll, auch durch die schöne Bepflanzung, die Außendusche war perfekt für nach dem Strand und es gab genug Platz für alles. Jeder hatte genug Raum für sich, die Wohnung ist sehr nett, in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man für kleine Kochereien braucht, der Kühlschrank mit G...
In der Beschreibung fehlt vielleicht, dass man nicht mit dem Auto direkt zur Wohnung kommt, da muss man zu Fuß über Treppchen und verwinkelte Gassen hingehen (daher auch alles hintragen) und auch der Weg zum Strand ist derselbe, allerdings für normal fitte Personen kein Problem.

A delightful home from home to switch off. Elbano’s beautiful maisonette, right on the coast, is a tucked away gem. A short stroll from the beach, it has all the facilities you’ll need. Tastefully decorated, the space is perfect for a getaway escape. We would love to come back.

Sehr schönes Appartment, liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Super Lage mit traumhaftem Blick über die Bucht. Kommunikation mit der Dame, die den Check-In organisiert war etwas schwierig, da sie kaum Englisch spricht und wir leider kein Italienisch. Ansonsten alles prima, wir kommen gerne wieder.
