Directly by the sea, this cozy and comfortable house overlooks the Gulf of Biodola, just a short walk from Scaglieri beach.
It is located on the northern side of Elba, a few kilometers from Portoferraio, in the center of a small village of characteristic pastel-colored houses crossed by narrow lanes that, as if by magic, lead to the rocks of a sheltered cove after a turn.
From the large terrace, perched above the sea, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets, watching the sun dip between Elba and the island of Capraia.
Entering the house, you will find yourself in the tastefully furnished living/dining room, embellished with objects that reveal the owners' taste.
In addition to the dining table, there is also a large sofa and a TV with a decoder (for those who cannot do without bringing their own SKY card!).
The living room opens onto the terrace where you can dine outdoors thanks to the large table shaded by a pergola.
The terrace then continues to the left where sun loungers are placed for relaxing and sunbathing in complete tranquility while enjoying the wonderful panorama.
Two of the bedrooms overlook the terrace, as well as a room containing a shower (with hot water) and the washing machine.
Returning inside, a small corridor leads from the living room.
To the left is the fully equipped kitchen with a convenient serving hatch connecting it to the dining room.
Then you move to the sleeping area: two bedrooms, furnished with double beds, which overlook the terrace, and a third bedroom with a single bed.
Of the two bathrooms, the first has a large shower, while the second only has the facilities (toilet, sink, bidet).
The house is also equipped with a heating system (quite rare in these areas) and can therefore be rented in all months of the year, making it attractive to all those who love to enjoy the sea and beaches during periods that are less hot and crowded with tourists.
On Scaglieri beach (50 meters away), guests can find everything they need for a successful holiday: restaurants, bars, mini-markets, bazaars, boat rentals, umbrella and sun lounger rentals...
The apartment is ideal for a family (... or even two families) or a group of friends looking for an apartment close to a beautiful beach, with a terrace for always-outdoors summer living.
