Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, the cottage is very close to the Marina di Grosseto tourist port and just 50 meters from the sea and beaches.
It is located in a quiet, highly sought-after, and pleasant residential area. The house is centrally located on the property and is framed by a small lawn.
On both sides, at the front and back, there are two covered terraces.

Die Nähe zum Strand hat uns am Besten gefallen. Auch sonst liegt es günstig, alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß zu erreichen (Lebensmittelgeschäft, Restaurants, Obstmarkt). Das Haus ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Für vier Personen mit Hund perfekte Größe. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es ist immer jemand zu erreichen, falls man Fragen hat.
Die Ortschaft selbst ist nicht sehr gepflegt, trotz der vielen Mülleimer, welche regelmäßig geleert wersen liegt viel Müll in Parks und auf den Straßen.

Perfekte Lage für den Strandurlaub. Der Freistrand ist gleich um die Ecke. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss super erreichbar. Zu viert und mit Baby war das Cottage etwas eng, wenn wir nicht draussen sitzen konnten. Aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft einwandfrei und sauber. Alles da, was man braucht.
