Approximately 20 meters from the sea, this elegant independent apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 guests, is located within a beachfront villa in the Gulf of Grotta.
The apartment is surrounded by greenery and features a large terrace shaded by a wisteria pergola, furnished with a table and chairs for relaxing outdoor holidays.
A spacious and bright veranda provides direct access to the living room with its well-equipped kitchenette.
The air-conditioned living room also includes a sofa bed, a table with chairs, and a TV area.
From here, you can access a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
Guests have the option to use the 13m x 6m swimming pool of the main house (shared with the owners).
The house overlooks the Gulf of Grotta and offers a fantastic view of the picturesque panorama of Portoferraio and its Medici Fortresses.
Within a short walk, you will find the archaeological site of an ancient Roman villa.
A pier at the very nearby small beach allows the docking of small boats.

Wir haben besonders, den Pool genossen. Leider gab es dort sehr viele Mücken und andere stechende Insekten. Anzumerken ist noch, dass das getrennt liegende extra Schlafzimmer nicht abschließbar ist.

Super Lage und ein toller Pool. Wir hatten richtig schöne Tage. Die Kinder haben das große Grundstück und die Hunde geliebt. Alles ist sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir kommen wieder!
