The Villa le Grotte, independent and for up to 8 guests, overlooks the Gulf of Portoferraio and has a large terrace equipped directly on the sea with table, chairs, deckchairs and beach umbrellas for unforgettable holidays by the sea and outdoors.


The Villa overlooks the Gulf of Grotte, with a suggestive view of Portoferraio and the Medici Fortresses, a few steps away from the archaeological site of an ancient Roman villa. On the nearby beach, a jetty allows small boats to dock and a characteristic wooden rotunda, resting on the water, is available to guests with sun loungers and deck chairs.


The lower level of the villa offers guests a large living room (with sofa bed) and a dining area with a sea view. From the living and dining area there is access to the terrace through large windows. On the same level there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Going up only 3 steps you reach the upper area where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds and a further bathroom with shower.

Portoferraio with its harbour, the Calata, restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques, markets, summer events is less than 10 minutes away by car. But also famous resorts on the island of Elba such as Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro can be reached in less than 20 minutes (10 km).

The long sandy beaches of Biodola and Procchio are 9 km away.

The Villa is ideal for families or a group of friends who love the sea, comfort and outdoor life during the holidays.

Animals allowed on request for a fee.

The rental price includes consumption, bed linen and towels with weekly change and final cleaning. On arrival there is a deposit of € 300.
