Large villa for 10 guests, directly on the sea, on the west coast of Elba, in a breathtaking panoramic position overlooking the Gulf of Procchio, the small island of Paolina, Capo Enfola, and the open sea.
Private access to the sea where there is a public pebble beach and a small, quiet equipped beach (Bagno Redinoce), with sun umbrellas, deck chairs for rent, a bar, and snacks.
Possibility to launch small/medium-sized boats.
The villa is reached via a private access road and has a private entrance.
The large, fenced garden/park offers parking space for several cars directly on the property in front of the house.
The villa is surrounded by a 10,000 sq m garden and large terraces with tables, chairs, loungers, and deck chairs.
Part of the terraces are covered and equipped with an outdoor shower (hot and cold water), a barbecue, and a large table in the shade for unforgettable outdoor meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
From the terraces around the villa, you can directly access the ground floor of the villa through the kitchen, the main entrance, or the living room.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a dining area (wood-burning stove, satellite TV, library) with sea view and a separate, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances, toaster, microwave, etc.).
The ground floor has sleeping accommodation for 5 people.
There are two double bedrooms with sea views, a large bathroom with a shower (and a washing machine), and a smaller single room with its own small "en-suite" bathroom and a garden view.
All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes.
A grand staircase leads to the first floor.
The first floor can also accommodate 5 people.
There is one room with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a third smaller room with a single bed.
All rooms have sea views, and two of them have access to a balcony.
The first floor also has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large sun terrace with a splendid sea view.
The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who appreciate the total privacy of the location, the spacious terraces for an outdoor holiday under the Tuscan sun, the private access to the sea (20 steps), and the central location on the island.
Indeed, the fantastic sandy beach and the center of Procchio are only 3 km away, and Marciana Marina with its beautiful and lively center and promenade with its restaurants, bars, shops, events, and night markets is only 4 km away.
The villa is also an excellent base for exciting bike tours and visits to the island's various cultural and natural attractions.
