Your holiday rental includes:
On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, and down one step: lounge, shower room with shower and toilet.
Upstairs: two attic bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190cm), toilet with washbasin.
Outside: a private enclosed garden with two wooden terraces totaling 30m² and a small courtyard of 15m². Parking is available on the street or in the two car parks located 100 meters from the cottage (free parking). Welcome to this beautiful stone house, semi-detached on one side, located in the hills above Lézardrieux.
You'll be just 100 meters from the town center and all its amenities, and 300 meters from the marina.
During your stay, you'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to sightseeing.
Explore this wild peninsula and discover the small beaches along the Trieux River.
Just 5 km away, the charming corsair town of Paimpol awaits.
Come and stroll along the quays of its lively port.

A visit to Kermouster (5.6 km), a former fishing village overlooking the Trieux estuary, is also highly recommended.
The Talbert furrow (11.5 km), the Roche Jagu castle (8 km) or the characterful town of Tréguier with its half-timbered houses (9 km) are also worth a visit.

Très agréable maison, joliment décorée, très propre et claire, et bien située dans la ville et la région. Terrasse bien agréable pour profiter du soleil pour déjeuner ou l'après-midi! Et bravo vraiment pour la gentillesse des propriétaires.

Séjour très agréable dans un gîte confortable et très propre. Accueillant bienveillant de la propriétaire.Très belle terrasse privatisée, bien orientée pour bénéficier du soleil.Gîte au calme, bien que situé au cœur du village, à 500 mètres du port de Lézardrieux et du Trieux, superbe endroit.
