Gute Raumaufteilung, zentrale Lage, Heizung war an.
Die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt . Check-In zuerst ab 16 Uhr möglich. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.

Sauberes und ordentliches Haus mit Parkplatz im Freien und in der Tiefgarage.
Der Balkon grenzt an eine kleine Grünfläche. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist sinnvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet - es ist alles vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Abwicklung lief über eine Verwaltungsgesellschaft - die Kommunikation und auch die Wohnungsübergabe/Rückgabe liefen problemlos.
Gerne wieder.
Das Bad könnte m.E. ein bisschen größer sein. Aber das ist fast schon jammern auf gutem Niveau.
