The holiday flat offers you holiday fun in beautiful and unspoilt nature. Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings for long hikes, bike tours and walks, or of course for swimming in Lake Constance.

Our holiday flat is quiet yet centrally located. You can sit in the sun on the terrace with a marvellous view of the lake and enjoy the day, take a walk into the village or hike up the Bodanrück. Of course, there are also wonderful cycle paths that run directly along the lake. And afterwards you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the beautiful Lake Constance.

The flat faces the lake and is located on the lower floor (hillside location). The living space of 65 square metres is divided into 3 rooms: a large living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a box-spring bed and a children's room with bunk beds and a cot. The children's room receives daylight via a light shaft. The bathroom has a shower, WC, two washbasins and a Miele washing machine. The terrace faces the lake and is north/west/east-facing. Comfortable chairs and a large table await you on the terrace.

The flat is tastefully and functionally furnished to a high standard and equipped with a TV, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and a fridge with freezer compartment. Of course there is a coffee machine (Nespresso), a coffee filter, a toaster, a table grill and a kettle. So you can immediately feel at home even on holiday.

The holiday flat is very child-friendly. We are happy to provide you with a baby cot, high chair, play mat and age-appropriate toys free of charge.

You have Internet access via WiFi and two LAN connections.
The flat was renovated in 2021 and partially refurnished

Before you move in, the flat is thoroughly cleaned and completely disinfected. The icing on the cake, however, is the energy cleaning. This ensures that you will spend your holiday in a flat with fantastic room energy and will feel completely at ease!

This flat is rented without a linen package.
The linen package costs 25.00 euros per person and stay, which is to be paid directly to the agency.
The linen package includes bed linen, pillows, bed linen, towels and tea towels.

In addition, there is the currently valid tourist tax of the municipality. This is charged per night and person.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

We offer you a self-check-in, so you can choose the time of your arrival flexibly from 16.00.

You will receive your key via a key safe. We therefore recommend that you arrive by 18:00 so that we can assist you with any problems that may arise during check-in and, if necessary, help you on site. In emergencies you can reach us until 20:00, but then we can only come on site for a fee.

Please note that we offer an
arrival from 4.00 pm.

On the day of departure, the holiday flat must be left swept clean by 10.00 am.
All used dishes must be put back in the cupboards clean and the electrical appliances must also be cleaned.
