Views of Lake Constance make Ferienwohnung Traum-Blick in Immenstaad a lovely place to take a break. On the southwest-facing balcony, you can look out over the lake with a glass of wine at the end of the day; the apartment also has mountain views.
The 68 m² apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and is on the fifth floor of a quiet residential complex, accessible by lift. It has a spacious living and dining area, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a bunk bed.
The stove, oven and microwave make preparing meals easy, while the dishwasher takes care of the washing up. A sofa, TV and Wi-Fi are available for relaxed time at home. There is a private garage parking space.
According to the host, the town centre, with shops, restaurants, doctors and pharmacies, and the Lake Constance shore are a 10–15 minute walk away. A restaurant is approximately 300 m away, a supermarket 500 m and a bus stop 30 m, all measured in a straight line. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports.
A linen package is provided for each guest, including bed linen, a bedsheet, a bath towel and a hand towel. The local tourist tax is charged separately per person per night, and a deposit is required. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Check-in is from 16:00 to 17:00 and check-out from 09:00 to 10:00.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns sehr schnell in der Wohnung zu Hause gefühlt. Da wir mit dem Zug da waren, war es toll, dass in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Bushaltestelle war. Zur Schiffsanlegestelle haben wir zu Fuß auch nur ca. 15 Minuten gebraucht. Zur Ortsmitte mit Geschäften und Restaurants nur 10 Minuten.
Wir hatten nichts zu meckern!

Het uitzicht!
We hebben best even moeten zoeken naar de garage die bij het appartement hoort, nummer misschien even ergens noteren? En de douche bleef niet bovenin hangen.
Kleinigheidjes, verder een prachtige vakantie gehad in een mooi appartement!

Liebes CS Team, meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr schnell in der gemütlichen Traumblick Wohnung zu Hause gefühlt. Vom Balkon aus haben wir die Aussicht auf den See genossen. Der telefonische Kontakt vor Anreise war sehr freundlich und die kontaktlose Übergabe und Abgabe des Schlüssels über den Schlüsselsafe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.
