A beautiful country house in a secluded location near Capdepera in Majorca, The villa Sa Vinyeta de Son Jaumell consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (for an additional fee), a fireplace, washing machine and a TV. A cot and a highchair are also available upon request.
Outside, you will find a private pool and garden, as well as a furnished terrace with both open and covered areas, along with a grill.
There are also animals around the farm.
The nearest supermarkets and shops are in the centre of Capdepera, which is 5 minutes drive away (2.5km). The nearest beach is at the Cala Moll, which is also 5 minutes away by car (3km). Palma de Mallorca and the airport are an hour drive away (75km). - Parking spaces are available on the property - Any events / parties are forbidden - Groups of young people are not allowed, they must come with adults - Smoking is not allowed inside the house - Pets are not allowed - No other guests than the ones allowed in the property are accepted - Group of young people are not allowed.
