Spectacular villa with pool and garden on the outskirts of sa Pobla, in the north of Mallorca.
This spectacular rustic property is located between Sa Pobla and Can Picafort, in a very quiet rural area.
The accommodation, recently built, retains the style of a typical Mallorcan finca with its stone facade and is decorated with traditional style furniture.
Fully equipped and very spacious, it is ideal to enjoy a relaxing family vacation.
As far as the exterior is concerned, Son March has a spectacular garden with olive trees and natural grass surrounding the property, a pool with Jacuzzi perfect for relaxing and cooling off and several furnished terraces ideal to spend enjoying the magnificent weather that the island offers. This wonderful property is located 5 minutes drive from sa Pobla and 10 minutes from Can Picafort and its spectacular sandy beach.
Sa Pobla is a quiet town with a lot of personality and full of life.
In the main square, the nerve center of the city, you will find numerous cafes, bars and restaurants.
Dine in any of these establishments and taste the typical food of Mallorca is a luxury that you can not miss.
In addition, in the same square, every Sunday celebrates the weekly market, where you will find fresh fruits and vegetables, a wide variety of cheeses and sausages, and crafts.
During the months of July and January the patron saint festivities are celebrated, with a multitude of activities for the whole family and in August we highlight the International Jazz Festival, a must for music lovers. Air conditioning: As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room. Costs to be paid at destination not included in the price: - Tourist Tax (Required) - Final cleaning 150 euros/reservation (mandatory) Notes: - The information of all guests (name, surnames, gender, date of birth, passport number / identity document, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the arrival date to the accommodation through our platform. - Sa Pobla has a garbage collection service.
For this reason, upon departure it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property.
In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.

Very nice villa in a great location! The pool is a great gem and the villa is surrounded by fields with sheep and chickens -very interesting for children. In order to fully enjoy the experience I I would recommend to bring a car and plenty of insect spray .

Its a great place to stay rural, away from tourist crowds and enjoy the silence and nature. Having some sheep in the backyard, some chicken in the front :)
Still, the house is perfectly located to reach any destination needed (eg beach, supermarkets, mountains) within 15 minutes. Had a perfect week, house has anything u need for a great time with your friends/family!

Sehr schöne Finca in einer ruhigen Lage. Umgeben wird das Grundstück von einige Plantagen, somit ist für Ruhe und Privatsphäre gesorgt. Am besten ein Mückenspray für die Abende einpacken. Bis in die nächst größere Stadt sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbringen und kann diese nur weiterempfehlen.
