"TAMARIS playa" is located in the most commercial area of Xeraco Beach (central area), facing South, and 80 meters from the beach.
A seven-story building with an elevator, a pool with a shallow area and Venetian ladder, garden areas, and optional covered parking spaces.
The open-plan ground floor provides access to the pool and communal garden areas.
All apartments feature a spacious terrace, with LIMITED sea views from the fourth floor upwards.
They are equipped and furnished with a high level of functionality, ideal for practical and comfortable holidays.
All are provided with a washing machine, microwave, TV, and WIFI service. This apartment, located on the sixth floor, has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bathtubs), a kitchen, a gallery, and a living-dining room with access to a large terrace with limited sea views, views of the common areas, pool, and mountains. Sleeps 6 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ADMITTED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). Includes bed linen change every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
There is a possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously paid the deposit.
Check-out and vacating of the accommodations must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a €150 deposit, which will be refunded after the apartment has been inspected, or purchase a non-refundable accidental damage waiver (Insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water is ideal for young children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to explore the region, where there are many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshlands.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
