Lovely stone studio apartment, a few steps from the centre of Ostuni, characterised by authenticity and a taste for tradition.
Ostuneon 900, located on the ground floor, is a one-room apartment that is striking for its stone details that recall the environment in which it is set. Upon entering, one finds oneself in a wonderful space characterised by the light colours of the stone vaulting. On the left is the fully equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave and coffee machine, and a wooden table in the centre of the room. On the right is a small niche with a lowered arch, also in stone, under which is a comfortable sofa. At the far end is the sleeping area with a double bed and two bedside tables at the sides, together with a wardrobe. From here there is access to the mosaic bathroom with shower cubicle.
Air conditioning completes the property, for a holiday experience in total comfort.
We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. If interested, contact us and we will be happy to help you create your perfect holiday discovering the beauty of Italy.
A short walk from our flat is the centre of the pearl of the Itria Valley, Ostuni, known to the world as the White City. Its historical centre, blindingly white and immense, culminates in the Cathedral that impetuously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Its alleys, the Piazza della Libertà and the column of S. Oronzo that majestically protects the town are characteristic. Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and enogastronomy, Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Egnazia Archaeological Park, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while moving south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European capital of culture.
The nearest airports and ports are Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).
