Welcome to CHARME!
This charming townhouse, with capacity for up to 7 people, is the perfect retreat for your getaway in the heart of Santa Susanna.
Distributed over two floors, this cozy residence offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, and a full bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, there are four comfortable bedrooms, one of which has access to a charming private balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoor views.
Additionally, a second full bathroom with a bathtub completes the amenities of this house. The accommodation includes WiFi service and a parking space for one medium-sized car. The house's garden is a true oasis of peace, with a cozy summer dining area where you can enjoy delicious outdoor meals while basking in the warm sun and the serenity of the surroundings. Santa Susanna is located on the beautiful Costa del Maresme, north of Barcelona, and is a holiday destination that perfectly combines Mediterranean beaches, tranquility, and an excellent entertainment offering.
Its extensive golden sandy beaches and clear waters are ideal for relaxing in the sun, practicing water sports, or enjoying long walks along the sea on its well-maintained promenade. During the summer, the town comes alive with cultural activities, live music, and festive events, creating a lively atmosphere without losing the characteristic calm of the town.
And for a day full of excitement, the Marineland water park in Palafolls is just a few minutes away, a must-visit for families.
Its slides, pools, and marine animal shows guarantee fun for all ages. Thanks to its excellent train connection to Barcelona and other coastal towns, Santa Susanna is also an ideal base for exploring the surroundings without needing a car. During the summer season, you can enjoy the charming tourist train, a fun and relaxed way to tour the entire town, especially appreciated by children. Santa Susanna is, in short, the perfect place for those seeking sun, sea, relaxation, and entertainment, all in a charming Mediterranean setting.
