If you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation with breathtaking views of the Bay of Roses, look no further than our wonderful villa.
Upon arrival at the house, you must descend a few steps to access the apartment.

There is a utility room with a washing machine. In the living room, there is a Smart TV and a receiver for French TNT SAT channels as well as Spanish television, and Wi-Fi connection throughout the house. There are 3 bedrooms: two doubles with a double bed, private bathroom, and exterior views.
The third bedroom with 2 single beds does not have an exterior window, but all rooms have air conditioning (hot/cold) and access to the bathroom shared with the living room. Exiting the apartment via stairs, you reach the terrace where the pool and a cozy summer kitchen with a charcoal barbecue are located. New for 2026: The owner has recently renovated these access stairs to the pool to offer more comfortable access.
Landscaping work to complete the integration of the area are planned for completion soon, so the exterior environment does not yet reflect the intended final appearance. Fijne ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden, fijne badkamers en een goede douche.
Groot huis met veel ruimte.
Lekker zwembad met veel ruimte om het zwembad heen.
Buitenkeuken bij het zwembad is erg prettig.
Fantastisch uitzicht.
Het huis was bij aankomst heel schoon.
Er is geen oven alleen een magnetron.
