Arrival Description
From Berchtesgaden on Ramsauer Str. B20 / B305, straight ahead into the center of the village, turn left at the Gasthaus Oberwirt onto Fendtenweg and then left into Badgasse. via Alpenstraße / Alte Reichenhaller Straße, turn left onto 'Im Tal', then at the Gasthaus Oberwirt turn right onto Fendtenweg and left into Badgasse.

Description of the accommodation
The apartment 'Beim Sepperl' is located on the 2nd floor with exposed roof truss, pleasant room height and furnished balcony with a beautiful view of the parish church of St. Sebastian. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. Separate bedroom with double bed and a living / dining area with pull-out sofa bed and TV. Underfloor heating in the complete apartment and bathroom with large rain shower and bathtub. Parking directly at the house, lockable storage room for bicycles, skis, sledges, etc.
