Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in an area full of character, a former neighbourhood with a fountain, this former stable has been completely renovated and now offers relaxation as well as a starting point for wonderful excursions in this area of the Frémur Valley, not far from Ille et Vilaine. Just 10 km from Dinan, a superb medieval town on the banks of the River Rance, 13 km from Dinard, the famous resort on the Emerald Coast, and 20 km from the corsair town of St Malo. Other coastal gems include Lancieux, Saint Jacut de la mer and Saint Briac. To the north of the village of Trigavou, between the Frémur Valley and the Route de la Mer towards Lancieux, lies Le Clos Fleuri, a small gîte on the cul-de-sac side but with a large garden behind.

The rental price includes: water, a fixed electricity charge of 8 kw/h per day. If this is exceeded, a supplement will be invoiced on the basis of the meter reading and the current price per kWh.
