Welcome to the comfortable studio apartment “Sonne und Meer” with a delightful balcony on the 1st floor of a well-kept apartment building right on the water.
With a picturesque view of the Flensburg Fjord, this apartment can accommodate two people and is an excellent base for exploring the region. The small kitchen is equipped with every comfort to pamper self-caterers.
Since September 2022, the entire building has been connected to the local fiber optic network, which also makes the apartment an ideal choice for short business trips. Of course, the apartment comes with its own parking space.
The promenade is just a few steps away and the possibility of welcoming a maximum of two dogs upon request and for an additional fee completes the offer.
Immerse yourself in the relaxation of this charming apartment and enjoy the immediate proximity to the water and the Flensburg Fjord. In Glücksburg, a tourist tax is charged per person (aged 18 and over) per day in addition to the cost of accommodation in the following periods. January 1st until April 1st: 1.50 euros April 1st until October 1st: 3.00 euros October 1st until December 22nd: 1.50 euros December 22nd until January 1st: 3.00 euros Please note that key handover and return is contactless via our office in Flensburg, Bismarckstraße 66a. At the same time, you will also receive your Ostsee-Card, which has been personally issued to you and every person traveling with you. As a rule, this is not a detour, since our office is on the direct route to Glücksburg.

Trotz vieler Wohnungen im Haus war es sehr ruhig .
Check In war wirklich einfach, nur die Abholung und Rückgabe des Schlüssels in Flensburg ist etwas umständlich.
Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, in einer wunderschönen Umgebung.

Niedliche kleine Wohnung, sehr sauber, hat alles was man so braucht. Fahrradkeller vorhanden, kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Bushaltestelle um die Ecke, mit der Ostseecard ohne weitere Kosten nutzbar... wunderbar!
Nach der Beschreibung hätten wir den Ausblick auf die Förde größer erwartet. Der Toilettendeckel ist für die Toilette zu klein, passt nicht.
