It also has a private frot patio with direct access to the pool. The house was fully renovated in 2020.

The house has air conditioning on all floors, television, chromecast device for multimedia streaming, music bluetooth player, Dvd player, Videogames and high speed Wifi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and microwave. The house has an outdoor dining room with awning and fan in the terrace to enjoy the sunny days and long summer nights of the Mediterranean. Clean towels and bed linen are provided.

The house is part of a very well maintained and quiet family urbanization that has a community area of 4,000 square meters with a beautiful clover-shaped pool with a delimited area for children. You can also enjoy petanque, table tennis, playground and a basketball basket ... The property is completely closed off, so children can run freely.

In front of the house there is a tennis club and at 400 meters distance (6 minutes walk with children), you reach the beach of "el Francàs". This long and quiet beach of fine sand is 1150 meters long and 30 meters wide.
